Mission
The International Biohacking Community exists to support an open exchange of ideas in biohacking, with an emphasis on careful reasoning and responsible practice.
In practice, this means interdisciplinary collaboration, documentation that others can evaluate, and critique that distinguishes evidence from inference and speculation.
What “biohacking” means here
In the International Biohacking Community, biohacking includes practical efforts to understand and improve human health, performance, and capability.
It spans biology, engineering, medicine, and the social sciences.
Scope
Discussion commonly covers measurement and self-tracking, supplementation and nootropics (with attention to risk), cybernetics and body modification, longevity research, and DIY biology as citizen science.
